This site is deliberately simple. It does not have a database, a login, a newsletter or a tracking pixel. Here is exactly what happens when you use it.

What this site collects
Nothing is stored on this site. The enquiry form runs entirely in your browser: when you submit it, it opens WhatsApp with a message you can read, edit or delete before sending. We only receive the information you choose to send us there.
If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, contact details and information about your home. We use it only to answer your enquiry and arrange a reservation or visit.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser storage only to remember that you have already seen the opening animation during your visit. That value stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability, as any web host does.
WhatsApp, Instagram and email
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and email open third-party services. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply. We do not control how those platforms process data.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep WhatsApp and email conversations only as long as they are useful — to answer questions, manage a reservation or stay in touch after a kitten goes home. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@tinysphynx.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we add analytics, a newsletter or online payments later, this page will be updated before those features go live. This version was published in October 2026.
